Take the stress out of budgeting
We offer a ‘no surprises' approach to fees so you know exactly what you are paying for. Village fees consist of a small lease contract processing fee, a security deposit (which is refundable on departure) and monthly contract installments that includes major utilities (water/sewer, gas). In order to allow each student to monitor the usage in their apartment we are billing electricity in a separate payment to our offices. This is apart of our mission toward a greener community.
