"The University Meadows is a great place to live because it is located on campus, making it extremely convenient to walk or ride a bike to class. For me personally, my apartment gives me a nice central place to study with my study group for upcoming tests and projects. The complex also features a pool, hot tub, and a patio to lay out on for those sunny days when you want to take a break from the stress of school. All of the staff at the University Meadows is extremely interested in meeting your needs, no matter what those might be. They all try their hardest to make sure that you're a happy resident, which is an awesome perk to living here compared to any other apartment complex around the area."

"I enjoy being very close to everything on campus and really like the short distance to class. Plus my roommate has made everything some much more enjoyable too. I really appreciate that they try to make things fun for the residents."

"I went to a local community college for a few years after I graduated high school, but realized that I was missing out on the 'true college experience.' There always seems to be something interesting going on in the clubhouse that offers a nice break from my studies. The forgotten perks - free coffee in the morning, the snacks and drinks at events and friendly, helpful staff - are awesome and probably under-appreciated, because I know that other on-campus housing isn't nearly as interactive."
